The 28 mm lens of the model finds a perfect balance between getting everything in the frame without being too wide so that everything gets distorted. The level of control to tweak the exposure is pretty complex. Some other serious drawback is that you cannot take off the camera for non-airborne adventures. This is mainly because of the non-removable gimbal.

Apart from this, the camera quality is excellent and at par with other models of DJI. It can record 4k video at 30 fps 1080 p footage at 96 fps. Users can also snap 12 MP images in Adobe's DNG format. With Mavic Pro, it will also be possible for users to take two second long exposures. The three-axis gimbal promises to deliver sharp results. The drone can easily set ISO sensitivity and white balance automatically in flight. You can easily gauge aperture and speed on the screen. This picture proved that there is not going to be an FPV drone from DJI anytime soon this year. Mavic seems to be a small foldable camera drone. The target audience for this drone will be those customers who wish to carry their drone anywhere and everywhere.

This is, probably, not as exciting as a racing drone but the market has endless possibilities for a drone like this. People, today, are looking for viable and smaller drones which are easier to operate. Just like cameras and laptops, the smaller the drones, the more people use them.
